Privacy Policy

Last updated: 28 October 2026

This policy explains how Eduniadmissions handles information connected with eduniadmissions.com and enquiries about our education support services.

Who to contact

Eduniadmissions is responsible for information it collects through this website and its student support enquiries. For privacy questions or requests, email contact@eduniadmissions.com.

Information you provide

When you email Student Support, we receive your email address, message and any details or attachments you choose to send. If you call us, your phone number and relevant enquiry details may also be received. These may include your name, qualifications, course interests, preferred destination, budget and intended intake. Only share information relevant to your enquiry. Please do not send passwords, bank-card details or unnecessary identity documents in an initial message.

If an agreed application service requires academic records or identity documents, we will explain what is needed and the purpose before asking you to provide them.

Website information, contact form and study planner

The Contact page form submits and stores your name, email address, phone number, selected support service and study plans in Eduniadmissions’ enquiry records. Authorised staff use these details to respond and discuss the support you request. You are asked to agree to storage and follow-up before submitting. Please do not enter passport details, bank information or other sensitive documents in this general enquiry form. For an access, correction or deletion request, email contact@eduniadmissions.com.

Hosting and security systems may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser details, requested pages and access times to deliver and protect the website.

The homepage study planner creates a checklist in your browser from your selected destination, study level and support need. It does not ask for your name or email address and does not submit a student application. A selected plan may be included in the contact link’s URL; avoid entering personal information in URLs. Clicking an email link opens your own email application, and your message is sent only when you choose to send it.

Why information is used

We use enquiry information to answer questions, discuss suitable support, prepare agreed work and maintain relevant service correspondence. Technical information helps operate the website, investigate faults and protect against misuse. Depending on the circumstances, processing may be necessary to take steps you request before a service agreement, perform an agreement, pursue legitimate operational and security interests, comply with legal obligations or act on your consent. Where consent is the basis, you may withdraw it without affecting earlier lawful processing.

Who may receive information

Information relevant to an enquiry may be handled by authorised team members and providers that support hosting, email and website operations. If you request application assistance involving a university or another organisation, we will explain the relevant submission and obtain your authorisation before sending your application information. Information may also be disclosed where required by law.

A university, scholarship provider or visa authority that receives an application applies its own privacy rules. Read those rules before submitting documents. Service providers may process information outside Nigeria; contact us to discuss the providers and arrangements relevant to your enquiry.

Cookies and external websites

WordPress and security features may use cookies, particularly for signed-in users. You can manage cookies through your browser, although blocking them may affect some functions. The study planner does not need a cookie to generate its checklist.

Links to universities and other external websites take you to services operated by other organisations. Their privacy policies apply there. Any future analytics, advertising or optional embedded services will need to be reflected in this policy and accompanied by appropriate choices where required.

Retention and security

We keep information for as long as reasonably needed for the enquiry or agreed service, relevant record-keeping and applicable legal obligations. Contact us if you want to ask about retention or request deletion. We restrict access to relevant work and take reasonable steps to protect information, but internet transmission and email cannot be guaranteed risk-free.

Your privacy rights

Subject to applicable law and the circumstances, you may request access to your personal information, correction, deletion or restriction, object to processing, request portability where applicable, or withdraw consent. Email your request to contact@eduniadmissions.com. We may need proportionate information to verify your identity before releasing or changing records.

You may also raise a concern with the Nigeria Data Protection Commission.

Students who are children

Students who need a parent or guardian’s involvement should ask them to participate in the enquiry. Where parental or guardian consent is required, it must be obtained before the relevant processing. Parents and guardians can contact us about a child’s information.

Policy updates

We will update this page when our services or information practices change. The date above identifies the latest revision. See our disclaimer for the scope of our education information and support.
